Please note that it is designed to print A5 size only - if you print it at a higher size it will be blurry. Frame it up and you have an affordable and cute art piece!

4. No Resale or Redistribution: The buyer may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital download with others in any form, including as part of a package or bundle.

5. No Transfer of Rights: The buyer's right to use the digital download is non-transferable. They may not transfer, assign, or sublicense their rights to anyone else.

6. Copyright Retention: Emily Raubenheimer retains full copyright ownership of the digital download. The buyer acknowledges that purchasing the download does not grant them any ownership or copyright in the image.

7. Legal Remedies: Any breach of these terms may result in legal action and the buyer is responsible for any legal fees and damages incurred due to their violation of the terms.

8. Governing Law: The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the digital download will be resolved in accordance with Australian laws.

9. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing and downloading the A5 print, the buyer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
